Gachagua to record a statement at the DCI uphon arrival

CS Kipchumba Murkomen says former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua should not be allowed to damage the country's reputation and must record a statement with the DCI.

While speaking in Narok, Cabinet Secretary Kipchumba Murkomen criticized former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua, stating that he should not be allowed to damage the reputation of the country and the police service, and emphasized the need for legal action against him.

“Unless he has a mental problem he must come and put all those allegations on record,” Murkomen said.

He further insisted that Gachagua must provide evidence to support his claims or be held accountable.

“We expect him to tell us which al-Shabaab did we negotiate with and who negotiated with those al-Shabaab because we must stop the propaganda that is going on outside the country,” he added.
