NYASHINSKI LAUNCHES GROUNDBREAKING MUSIC RESIDENCY IN KENYA
Kenyan rapper Nyashinski has unveiled a groundbreaking residency in Kenya, dubbed “Showman, The Residency,” marking the first-of-its-kind music and theatre experience in the country.
The residency will span seven days and is set to take place from April 4th to 12th, 2026, scheduled as follows: Saturday, April 4 (1 show), Sunday, April 5 (2 shows), Wednesday, April 8 (1 VIP show), Saturday, April 11 (1 show), and Sunday, April 12 (2 shows).
The showcase, revealed on Friday, November 21, 2025, builds on the success of Nyashinski’s earlier stage production, ‘Shin City,’ but takes the concept further by combining live music performances with theatrical storytelling, offering fans an immersive cultural and entertainment experience.
This residency reflects Nyashinski’s commitment to innovating Kenya’s entertainment scene and creating unique platforms for artistic expression.
The event is highly anticipated as it lays the foundation for longer-term residencies that blend music, theatre, and storytelling, providing a creative hub for both the artist and the audience.
Ticket sales opened on Friday, November 21, 2025, with prices adjusted based on availability. Weekend tickets start at Ksh.3,000, while the VIP experience begins at Ksh.20,000. Tickets will be sold exclusively through Nyashinski’s website.
